Welcome to the IndianAgriExam.com Affiliate Program. By joining this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • The program is open to students residing in India.
  • Participants under 18 years must have parental or guardian consent.
  • Each student can have only one affiliate account.

2. Registration

  • Affiliates must register using the official Affiliate Registration Page.
  • During registration, you must provide accurate details including Name, Email, and UPI/Bank account information for payments.
  • Incomplete or false information may lead to rejection of registration or suspension of your account.

3. Commission & Earnings

  • Affiliates earn 15% commission on every course sale made through their referral link.
  • Self-referrals (purchasing your own courses through your referral link) are strictly prohibited.
  • Earnings will be tracked in your Affiliate Dashboard.

4. Payout Policy

  • Minimum payout: ₹50
  • Payment methods: UPI (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM) or Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
  • Payment timeline: All approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 34 hours.
  • Incorrect payment details may cause delays or cancellation of payments.

5. Code of Conduct

Affiliates must not:

  • Use fraudulent methods, bots, or fake accounts to generate referrals.
  • Spam referral links in forums, social media, or websites inappropriately.
  • Misrepresent IndianAgriExam.com or its courses.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Taxes & Legal Compliance

  • All earnings are subject to Indian tax laws.
  • TDS/GST may be deducted if applicable.
  • Affiliates are responsible for declaring their income as required by law.

7. Termination

  • IndianAgriExam.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for violations, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
  • Terminated accounts will lose any unpaid commissions.

8. Updates to Terms

  • IndianAgriExam.com may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • Affiliates will be notified of major updates. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Acceptance

By registering for the IndianAgriExam.com Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
